Breef Meeting yesterday

Before I get into it here, want to say its getting colder than a witches nipple.

Time to spend time in shops and hangars not up in the air or on two wheels.

By now I as a company owner should be tending to company business. Things hindering that is the Government shutdown. Our birds need their annual inspections, while ATC operates, the FAA inspectors are DNF’s so we’re grounded .

As far as going towing much of the work I needed to do for my equipment has been sidelined by spending time with people that showed up for bar help and house cleaning that seemed able to do more, but failed. Asking too many questions here gets you the boot. Plus no tangible results.

If you have to do something yourself, might as well do it yourself and save the money. Besides with the new Obamacare laws and all, all my full time employees must be covered by a health plan. But if you can’t get full time or even part timers to do the tasks you assign and do them the way you want things done , why bother?

Then one wants to take us to court on it. I say go for it. You were hired as a housekeeper, everything and anything else is on the basis of an internship, prospect probationary term. All of which means , what did you do that gave any results, and for that matter, the words Internship, Prospect, and Probationary means doing work to learn , not earn. It’s a free be. So I say go for it .

Okay then, the Wolvez and my staff (that gets paid) met at the Wolf’s Lair this morning. The priority list is the same as its been. Club wise, Radio station, Hangar, Pin up calendar. Company wise , secure shop if possible, if not locate one affordable, get Lexi in for restoration, and the LiL Wolf, followed up with getting on the road.

Don’t think we’ll see much snow, but its going to be cold.
